Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent - Outbound/Inward Job Type: Full Time... Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts) Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees Position Overview We are actively seeking motivated and customer-focused service representatives to join our expanding remote team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions daily to our esteemed clients. Your duties will involve making regular outbound calls for various programs and projects, accurately recording all customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
