Virtual Project Assistant - Remote | Work From Home Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Project Assistant to join our nonprofit organization, which is committed to empowering parents and families facing mental health challenges. This remote role requires an organized individual with a proactive attitude who can effectively support our operational needs and contribute to meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will: • Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency. • Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports. • Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes. • Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision. • Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging. • Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events. • Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary. • Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives. Required Skills The ideal candidate will possess: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity. • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. • An adaptable mindset, capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to productivity. Qualifications Candidates must meet the following criteria: • Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges is essential. • Residing in Pennsylvania is a requirement. • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts.
