Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to expand our presence in the healthcare sector. This remote, commission-only position is ideal for a driven sales professional experienced in the wellness or healthcare industries. You will play a critical role in partnering with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and integrate UraWARRIOR’s mental wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting demos and presentations of the UraWARRIOR platform. • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate how our solutions meet those needs. • Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software. • Attend industry conferences and events to promote UraWARRIOR and network with potential clients. Qualifications: • Proven sales experience in the wellness or healthcare sectors. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire. • Self-starter with a track record of effective, independent performance in a remote setting. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficient in managing sales pipelines. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fields is preferred. Compensation: • This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive rate of 30% commission on each deal closed.
