Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications. 3. Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Process refunds and compensation requests. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
