Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator (Part-Time, Stipend)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator who believes that generosity can change lives. Someone who isn’t afraid to ask, loves connecting with people, and understands that every conversation has the potential to create impact. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for community, a bold and relational spirit, and the organizational follow-through to move ideas into action. You'll help us grow our monthly support, connect with sponsors, apply for small grants, and tell the stories that move people to give. Local to Middle TN? Amazing! You’ll be able to attend events and meet donors in person. Not local? No problem — this role can be done virtually with a commitment to communication and follow-through.What You’ll Do

• Complete 2–5 fundraising asks per week (via calls, emails, Zoom, or in person)
• Build relationships with donors, businesses, churches, and community members
• Complete sponsorship request forms and small grant applications
• Use storyfunding to communicate how their giving makes a tangible difference
• Support donor follow-up and tracking
• Partner with the Executive Director on key giving campaigns and outreach efforts

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is passionate about helping others and has a heart for service
• Thrives on building relationships and making genuine connections
• Has strong communication skills and is confident making asks
• Is highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Feels comfortable engaging new people and championing a cause they care about

Bonus Points If You:

• Live in Middle Tennessee and can attend occasional in-person meetings or events
• Have experience in fundraising, sales, outreach, or grant writing
• Are familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or Airtable (not required!)

Time Commitment

• ~4–6 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Includes independent outreach, virtual asks, and occasional team check-ins
• Middle TN locals may also attend donor coffees, business visits, or church pitches
