Description: • We are looking for a full-time, remote, Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team! • The Customer Support Specialist will assist with important customer service and data entry duties while supporting our internal Account Management teams, client and Wellness Program participants. • They will shine with exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and solid computer know-how. • This position is a fully remote position, with the option to work 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Eastern.
