Become a qualified and experienced Software Tester, Developer, Business Analyst, Solutions Manager, Project Manager, DevOps Engineer, Cyber Security professional and beyond with accelerated career progression within one of the world's most exciting industries. The Role The Academy follows a structured 'learn it, grow it, live it' model across a two-year programme. You will start off as a Junior Consultant. We need all applicants to be open to potential relocation as our clients are based all over the UK. LEARN IT: You'll begin with 7 weeks of 'core' training (an introduction to a little of everything - taught from the very beginning, there's no requirement for previous experience or knowledge). We then follow up with up to 4 weeks of additional specialist training... (which area of core training did you like best? Let's explore it more with you! Business Analysis, Test Automation, Service Desk analysis, Software Development and more!). All Ten10 training is delivered by our brilliant team of industry experts. The first 2 weeks of core training is conducted in our Leeds office, with an option of remote training for the remaining 5 - but for additional training, you'll have the option of full face-to-face learning from our Leeds office. We offer free accommodation (and Yorkshire Tea) in Leeds to anyone who would like to take advantage of it. GROW IT: Next, you'll have some time for self-development via self-driven training, lets focus on YOU, would you benefit from some further 1-2-1 training? Would you like to become certified in something? Ten10 will fund your self-development and industry qualifications. LIVE IT: After your training is complete, you will join a Ten10 team on a live project with one of our clients. We'll work with you to determine which type of client placement would suit best (based on your interests, your preference for working environment, skillset post-training and client demand). Our clients include fashion brands, market-leading supermarkets, various Governmental departments, professional services organisations, charities, healthcare providers, law firms and financial institutions. Upon placement with one of our clients, you'll begin working as Ti10s and you'll have the opportunity to work onsite with that client (within an onsite Ten10 team, so you'll always be supported). Our clients are based all across the UK, locations include: Scotland (various), Leeds, Manchester, Southampton, London and more; relocation may be required - but we support you with that financially and pastorally. You'll then be invited to a telephone interview, during which we'll get to know you a little, talk about your background and your aspirations for a career in Tech, we will talk you through the key details of the Academy too. The next stage is or you to complete a short aptitude test, this will demonstrate to us where your natural abilities for the industry currently lie and finally, you'll be welcomed to an Assessment Centre - we're very friendly, we promise! Every year, we train people from all academic backgrounds and career disciplines into the next generation of technologists. Our technology courses for graduates and trainees are delivered by ILM-certified industry practitioners who have spent years doing the work themselves and sharing their knowledge through the Ten10 Academy.
