Description:  The Licensed Insurance Agent works from home and interacts with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or Internet.  Represent a leading Property & Casualty client and assist members with their insurance needs.  Address inquiries regarding billing and property casualty policies.  Resolve questions and issues, demonstrating accuracy in processing changes.  Provide a positive and welcoming experience, being empathetic and thorough in answering inquiries.
