Job Summary Looking to hire a competent Archviz Project Coordinator (contract basis) for Architectural Visualization. PAY RANGE: 4.8 Lpa to 6.0Lpa Note: If Salary expectations do not match this criteria, kindly refrain from applying REQUIREMENT: Bachelors in Architecture The work primarily involves communication with clients in the North American region with a focus on Photo Editing and final image compositing for architectural renderings before delivery. If you have project management and international client communication experience, please reach out. Primary Responsibilities • Communicate with our clientele (Architects, Builders, and Interior Designers), and our production team (3D artists and Architectural Draftsman) throughout our production process. • Evaluate, study, and understand drawings, the scope of work, and project deliverables (3D photo-realistic renders, VR tours/images, videos & CAD drawings). • Utilize artistic understanding to push projects in a visually... compelling direction • Address any post-production, and final touch-ups required before delivering renderings to the clients. • Compile feedback from clients to create instruction packages for our team. • Other related work as instructed from time to time. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). • Prior Experience working in an MNC or communicating with international clients is preferred. • Knowledge and understanding of the Architectural Visualization Process • Understanding of architectural, and design drawings. • Understanding of design communication, and industry language. • Excellent communication skills • Excellent visual aptitude and ability to communicate using visual tools Software Skills: • Post-Production software (online) • Acrobat / PDF editor • Microsoft Office Other Skills (Preferred): • Video Production • 3D Modeling / Rendering • CAD Coordination • Compositing • Real-time Rendering Job Type: 6 months contract-based role with the possibility of further extension Apply Job!
