As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in real-time. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
