The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Website Chat Assistant, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. This position is perfect for individuals eager to gain experience in customer service and online communication. As a Website Chat Assistant, you will engage with visitors on our website, answer inquiries, and provide information about our luxury products and services. Key Responsibilities  Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner.  Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.  Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources.  Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.  Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.  Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge.  Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online. Requirements  No prior experience in customer service or chat support is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.  Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.  Basic familiarity with online chat tools and platforms is a plus.  Strong desire to help customers and provide a positive experience.  Good organizational skills and attention to detail.  A passion for luxury products and services is a bonus.
