Play a key role in customer retention by building rapport and trust through effective communication and relationship-building. Position Details: Rate: $35 per hour while providing invaluable support. Contract Length: Open-ended, offering long-term engagement. Requirements: Reliable access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat/social media functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail in following instructions and procedures. A commitment to being available for 7 hours per day and having a stable internet connection. Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and decision-making via chat, phone, and email. Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a delightful and solution-oriented service experience. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer accurate information and support.
