Requirements (MUST Haves) 1. Attention to details 2. Organized 3. Efficient & reliable project manager 4. Great communicator  comfortable over confirming/not assuming, and comfortable reaching out to different team members when necessary 5. Sees internal team members as their customer 6. Experienced using data for daily / weekly / monthly reporting on KPIs 7. Flexible 8. Takes feedback well 9. Solid writer who can contribute to blog posts; excellent proof editor 10.
