Description:  Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by the Customer Service organization  Responsibilities include CRM integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration  Must be familiar with Agile processes and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Join a team based in Boston, MA Requirements:  Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud)  Ability to configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application  Develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy business processes and systems environment  Monitor system alerts and reports to ensure proper functioning  Follow established best practices for repeatable and scalable business processes  Interact directly with business users to support solution implementation for business needs Benefits:  Remote work option within the...
