We're seeking a charismatic and energetic TikTok Live Sales Operator to join our team and help us engage with our audience through live selling on TikTok... Key Responsibilities: 1. Live Selling: - Host engaging and interactive live sales sessions on TikTok to showcase and sell our beauty products. - Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an appealing and persuasive manner. - Answer viewer questions in real-time and provide expert beauty advice. 2. Content Creation: - Plan and create content for live sessions, including product setups, lighting, and background settings. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and themes for live events. 3. Customer Engagement: - Interact with viewers, building a rapport and creating a loyal customer base. - Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Sales Reporting: - Track and report sales performance during live sessions. - Analyze viewer engagement and sales data to improve future live sessions. 5. Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry news. - Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to viewers. Requirements: Experience: - Previous experience in live selling, hosting, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry. - Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms. Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong sales and persuasion abilities. - Ability to engage and captivate a live audience. - Basic technical skills for setting up and managing live sessions.
