Urgently Hiring: Call Center / IT Call Center Consultant

We're searching for a qualified Call Center / IT Call Center Consultant! This position is based in Remote and we are looking to fill it quickly. Role: Call Center / IT Call Center Consultant( Full Remote) Location... Remote Duration 6+ Months Must Have Skill Call center environment, Call Center experience in software support, software support, Web support (Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Service Now, navigate multiple web browsers, Microsoft excel) Required Skills Requirements: • 4+ Years of answering inbound phone calls in a call center environment. Call Center experience in software support, not to be confused with engineers. Engineers will bore in this line of work and post out. They must provide software support, not hardware support and they must be in a call center role not an engineering role. • At least 1+ years in customer service or equivalent experience . • 12 months of technical support experience in Web support (software preferred over hardware). Must be experienced using Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Service Now, navigate multiple web browsers, Microsoft excel • 1 year experience in telecommuting role . • Candidates must be willing to work any days/hours the business requires (M-F 7am-11pm) up to 40 hours a week. • Candidates must have perfect attendance during first 60 days of employment, no schedule trades/swaps during this time. • High School Diploma or GED. • Must type a min of 65+ wpm with a 90% accuracy. • Longevity in job. • Safe and secure space availability Apply Job!
