Job Description of Customer Support Representative: The role of Customer Support Representative involves promptly and courteously addressing customers, proactively identifying their requirements and providing the necessary support. They utilize available resources to acquire knowledge on products, and communicate relevant details to customers to promote a complete solution... Responsibilities of Customer Support Representative:  Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.
