Front Desk Agent Job Description At Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a magical experience for all... Responsibilities :  Assist guests with check-in and check-out, phone interactions, and face-to-face interactions  Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience  Process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment  Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities Requirements :  Previous cash handling experience  Previous computer experience  Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications :  Proficient in English and Japanese language  Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred  Previous work experience in a hotel or front desk environment  Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.44 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
