Installio is on the hunt for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an HR assistant in a part-time capacity. As a UK-wide heat pump installation startup and a trusted partner for heat pump retailers and manufacturers, our goal is to become the number 1 heat pump installer in the UK. With big ambitions, a commitment to a sustainable future, and a focus on creating an inspiring workplace, Installio is at the forefront tackling the UK's labor shortage in the climate-trades! Tasks You will support our experienced founding team to hire and onboard heat pump installers throughout the UK. This will involve:  Advertising new positions via online platfroms  Screening candidates  Scheduling interviews  Preparing employment contracts  Onboarding new hires (Policy and documentations etc) This is a part-time role for 2 days per week. Requirements As a young and dynamic startup, we are... looking for somone with a can do attitude that is willing to dive into new tasks and get the job done. As such, there is a significant opprtunity to quickly move up into more senior roles within the organisation. Your profile:  You have obtained your first experience in an HR role  Fluent in English  Passion for postive climate action  Right to work in the UK Desirable  Relevant university degree Benefits  Competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata  Modern and inspiring work environment  28 days of holidays per annum (incl. national holidays)  Remote working  Work along side an awesome founding team ??
