Description We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Mortgage Post Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Non-QM mortgage process and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. As a Mortgage Post Closer, you will review, audit, and finalize mortgage files to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.  Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned.  Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to resolve discrepancies or issues in loan files.  Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.  Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.  Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.  Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including communication with clients and borrowers. Requirements  Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience post-closing, focusing on Non-QM loans.  Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.  Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality Job Type: Full-time Benefits:  Dental insurance  Health insurance  Paid time off  Vision insurance Schedule:  8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
