Are you feeling burnt out from working in the clinic? Looking to finally make a change and get back to having more time at home and flexibility in your work day? We are looking for Remote Receptionists to join our team and provide administrative support to cash based physical therapy practices. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in PT, PTA, OT, OTA, Or SLP. This position is perfect for anyone who loves talking with patients and talking about the benefits of physical therapy. The Remote Receptionist will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls per day, selling the benefits of Physical therapy, and handling other miscellaneous back-end work. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to work remotely and still have patient interaction. Responsibilities:  Follow a call script and sell the benefits of Physical Therapy to prospective clients  Work continually on improving phone call/ sales skills  Handle incoming calls, texts , and emails to reschedule patients etc.  Consistently checking in with the practice owner via slack or text message to make sure all tasks are completed. This position is not for  Someone who is just looking to work a few hours at home  Someone who works PRN or cannot answering incoming calls throughout the day.  Anyone who does not like talking on the phone  Struggles with computer use and learning multiple webbased apps  Someone who does not take continual feedback to improve their call quality.  Someone looking to work for only a few weeks or months Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20  40 per week Benefits:  Flexible schedule Medical Specialty:  Orthopedics  Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule:  Monday to Friday  No nights  No weekends Education:  Associate (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
