CALL CENTER/ MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – REMOTE - EMPLOYEE HIRING BILINGUAL APPLICANTS IMMEDIATELY! If you have 2+ years’ experience managing patient calls in a clinical environment, you could be part of the exploding Health Care outsource industry. We provide support to thousands of physicians and clinical staff throughout the country. Looking for dedicated employees who want to work daily Monday through Friday. This is an employee position, $16 an hour to start, with growth opportunities!! Put your knowledge to work helping patients get the care they need while working in your own home! VERY BUSY CALL CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES: Screen and Route patient calls. Assist patients looking for appointments, leave messages for physicians. Document call information. Salary $16/HR 30 to 32.5 hours a week. Operational 8am to 5pm EST. Monday through Friday! IDEAL CANDIDATES: · Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUS! · Able to multi-task · Able to work with heavy inbound phone · Comprehensive Knowledge of Medical Terminology. · Ability to work in multiple windows on computer. · Designated work computer with 2 screens · High speed Internet (no satellite) · Quiet Environment Required · EMR experience a PLUS · WINDOWS 10 Computer · Good Phone presence required. · Excellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills necessary.
