Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, deliver effective solutions, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution. • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM (Freshchat) system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues. • Provide detailed product and service information to customers, catering to their specific needs. • Gather and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts. • Assist in the development of self-service tools such as FAQs and knowledge base articles. Qualifications and Skills • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role. • Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-first mindset, displaying empathy and patience in every interaction.
