Internet Connectivity Technician: Job Summary: Become a valued member of the DIRECTV team and play an essential role in offering cutting-edge voice, video, and data solutions to our clients. As a technician, you'll enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor work, including installation and equipment repair, all while providing top-notch customer support. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure proper functionality of customer satellite equipment through installation and maintenance services. • As part of our commitment to providing top-notch service, we aim to inform our customers thoroughly about the features and functions of what we offer. • During customer interactions, ensure that the functionality of the service is verified and fully operational before proceeding. • Conduct installations in diverse settings, such as buildings, lofts, subterranean areas, and low-height spaces. • Use the office computer to access and finalize customer requests. • Abide by the safety protocols while working outdoors, regardless of the weather. • Transporting company vehicles to assigned job sites is part of the job description. Qualifications and Experience: • The eligibility to drive requires a legitimate driver's license that is suitable for the vehicle being operated. • The skill to function autonomously and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. • Openness to work non-traditional hours, such as on weekends, holidays, and evenings, is essential. • Adherence to all mandatory drug tests, safety inspections, and physical prerequisites. • The ability to meet physical prerequisites, such as the capacity to lift weights of up to 80 pounds, is mandatory. • A technical background is desirable for this position.
