We're looking for a high-impact individual to join our team as a Agency Recruiter, Remote! Based in our vibrant Remote office, this role is available now. Who is Recruiting From Scratch Recruiting from Scratch is a talent agency that connects exceptional people to top companies. We represent clients globally - from new startups to large enterprises - and help them find the best talent possible for engineering, product, design, accounting, finance, GTM, commercial, and senior leadership roles. Recruiting from Scratch is looking to it's recruiting team, and bring on more contract to hire recruiters. This is a remote role that is based in the United States, with a preference to be located in a hub near our clients: San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or a large metro area. In this role, you will work on finding clients, recruiting candidates, and getting hires. You will be working in a fast-paced staffing environment, and working to fill roles very quickly. Responsibilities: • You will own entire pipelines end to end from sourcing, screening, to closing candidates. • Creatively source for new clients to partner with which includes: cold calling, Linkedin Recruiter, Job boards, referrals, events • Bring energy everyday to find candidates, and get them in front of our clients • Help with keeping Recruiterflow candidate records up to date and ensure that you are following our best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data. • Create and optimize our job postings • Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions. • Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, coordinating interview and follow up activities. • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, and other terms of employment. Requirements: • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in any field • You have at least 6 months working in a high volume agency • You are located in the United States • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members. • Ability to work in an interrupt driven, fast pace, and competitive environment • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively at times with little direction. • Familiar with applicant tracking systems, Linkedin Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Location: Remote in United States Salary Range: $20 - $25 an hour on 3 month contract, then converting to full-time with salary + benefits. Apply Job!
