Schedule: M-F, Full Time Hours! Work from Home & Temp to Perm! Must Pick Up Equipment in Irving, TX! No time off for first 90 days!! Day to day duties may include?... Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient Job Requirements Must live in IRVING, TX AREA to pick up equipment! At least 12 months of recent call center experience. High speed internet and the ability to work from home. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
