Your Role in Safeguarding Families: As a Representative, you'll be at the heart of our family-focused approach. You'll work directly with families to understand their unique needs, educate them about the various protection options available, and expertly guide them to the policies that best secure their future. This is a fast-paced but incredibly rewarding role where your excellent communication skills, proactive nature, and commitment to outstanding service will truly make a difference in the lives of families. How You'll Make a Difference for Families: Connect with families: Build genuine relationships with potential clients, understanding their priorities and concerns. Analyze Family Needs: Assess each family’s circumstances and recommend customized plans that offer the right protection at the right price. Simplify Complex Options: Clearly and confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring families understand their coverage. Support the Process: Provide quotes, manage applications efficiently, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth experience for families. Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture ongoing client relationships to be their go-to advisor for all needs as their family grows and evolves. Maintain High Standards: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest level of ethical practices. Be a lifelong learner: Continuously expand your knowledge of new products, family needs, and sales techniques to provide the best service. What You Should Have: Prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and a passion for helping families. Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately. A self-starting attitude and a strong drive to achieve results, particularly when it comes to helping families feel secure. The ability to adapt to new information and technology, with some proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software.
