Diversified Radiology has a rare opening for a fellowship-trained pediatric radiologist to join our overnight pediatric teleradiology section. 100% remote opportunity. Schedule 10 pm - 7 am MST Position Summary • Responsibilities include expertise in reading pediatric CT, MRI, ultrasound, x-ray imaging. • Youll join our overnight section and work alongside 23 subspecialized radiologists: 6 pediatric radiologists, 7 neuro radiologists and 10 body radiologists covering pediatric patients across the US. We run multiple shifts each night to share the load across the team. Apply Today: • Workflow: • PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions. • Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation. • Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency. • AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE. • Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff. • Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow. • Compensation Package/Benefits • $50,000 Yearly Late Night Shift Bonus (10p-7a MST shift only) • Salary: $500k (including $400k base + $50k sign-on bonus + $ 50k annual night bonus + $20k retention bonus year 2) with partnership opportunities offering $500k-$550k, depending on productivity. • Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable • Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates. • Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners • Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology. • Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available. • Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family, subject to eligibility. • Other Benefits: 401k with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year, stock options, student loan subsidy, preferred rates for refinancing, and a business expense account.
