About the position The Phone Sales Remote position involves making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in a vendor program. The role is focused on enrolling customers in a payment plan for the program, with a compensation structure that includes hourly pay plus commission based on sales. The position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule and the completion of a short online training before starting. Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential customers who have responded to online ads. ,  Enroll customers in a vendor program with payment options ranging from $25 to $199. ,  Utilize provided leads and a sales script to close sales effectively. ,  Maintain a minimum of 20 to 35 hours of work per week on the dialer. ,  Complete online sales training before starting the job. ,  Follow instructions during the training and testing process to qualify for the position. Requirements  Must have a laptop or computer for work. ,  Must have a personal cell phone for job-related calls. ,  Willingness to start within a few days of contact is non-negotiable. ,  Ability to work a mandatory 5-day work schedule with calling hours from 9am to 9pm EST. ,  Minimum of 6 hours a day on the dialer is required. Nice-to-haves  Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
