As a Solutions Engineer, you're part of a team that helps customers introduce Apple technology within their businesses. Your team meets with business customers to understand their needs, looking for ways Apple can help them compete efficiently and effectively. You educate not only customers, but also your team members about the capabilities of Apple products in the workplace. Next, you create... solutions that are appropriate for your customer's environment by leveraging an extensive knowledge base, tapping your own experience, and collaborating with third-party providers.
