Analyst, Business (PMO) - Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Under broader supervision, provides analysis on medium scope business requests that may have a degree of ambiguity. Typically in support of larger departments, small to mid-size state plans, small to mid-size functional areas, small to mid-size projects, or portions of mid- to large size projects.
- Proven ability to formulate initial summaries and broader recommendations.
- Completes intermediate deliverables. Advanced understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.
- Recognizes obstacles that require attention. Solves routine problems of a medium scope. Engages supervisor or manager for facilitation of roadblocks/other concerns.
- Supports projects that may have moderate cross functional impact and team organization.
