This position requires delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries. Your primary duties will include upholding customer satisfaction levels and supporting our clients in meeting their requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the capacity to thrive in a high-paced setting. A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a related role is preferred. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. • Contribute to a positive team environment and support team goals. Required Skills • Proven experience as an Email/Chat Support Specialist or similar role. • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
