As a , you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing, social media management, and utilizing HR software such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Salesforce, and Paychex. If you are detail-oriented, knowledgeable about HR best practices, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Manage the full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Utilize HR software systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Salesforce, and Paychex to manage employee data and... payroll - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Conduct employee training sessions on HR topics - Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources Skills: - In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Salesforce, and Paychex - Strong sourcing skills to identify top talent through various channels - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization - Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for human resources and possess the required skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
