Job Description: Costco is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills... Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for remote clients, providing outstanding customer service and support - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Assist in the development of client service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and Costco products and services to better serve clients - Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client services, sales, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Confidence and resourcefulness in dealing with clients - Soft skills in cooperation and people management Benefits: - Travel & spending expenses coverage - Retirement plan options - Opportunities for training & professional development Working Environment: At Costco, we value a dynamic workplace that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and shared success.
