Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Web Chat Agent, where you will be instrumental in facilitating engaging online conversations related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service inquiries, finance options, and general dealership queries. We pride ourselves on representing our dealer clients in a favorable light, transforming online interactions into valuable leads that contribute to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities • Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat. • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications. • Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details. • Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services. • Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation. • Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment. Required Skills • Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. • Strong decision-making and analytical skills are essential. • Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred). • Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptability to dynamic environments, showcasing a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications • Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory. • Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to successfully complete a background check is required. • Experience in an office environment, call center, or customer service role is advantageous (2+ years). • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
