Dear Applicants, BaryTech is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for people that have previous recruiting experience along with a proven track record of success. Main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and the placement of highly specialized IT consultants. Other duties include lead generation & building lasting client relationships. You must be a team player with a positive attitude; excellent communication and people skills are a must. Responsibilities: • Communicating with team leads and hiring managers on job openings and requirements for those jobs. • Lead generation & building lasting client relationships. • Complete end to end handling of company resources recruitment process by facilitating the process from beginning to a successful offer. • Posting job descriptions to relevant media platforms. • Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media. • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. • Scheduling interviews and follow up interviews with team members. • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management. • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. What you should bring with: • Years of recruitment experience. • Fluent/Advanced English language skills. • A good understanding of technology and tech startups. • Excellent communication, organization, and people skills. • Strong decision-making skills. • Strong attention to detail.
