Reports to the GO Manager for daily tasks and questions. Helps prioritize and place online store orders to meet customer needs. Essential Job Functions • Work with GO Manager and GO Artists to carry out daily tasks • Order entry for all GO stores • Prioritize so that all online store orders meet their required deadlines for the customer • Communicate with customer as needed for questions about their GO stores • Communicate with internal departments as needed for questions about online stores • Answer customer service calls and emails from direct buyers regarding their GO orders • Other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • A patient and empathetic attitude • Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills • Phone and email etiquette • Computer literacy • Problem solving and research skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Knowledge/Training of ShopWorks, GO programs, Hubspot, etc. Cognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job: Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
