UPS is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Chat Sales Agent. This is a part-time, remote position where you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers through chat, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries. You'll play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for our customers while promoting UPS products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. • Assist customers in selecting UPS products and services that meet their needs. • Provide detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and delivery times. • Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. • Upsell and cross-sell UPS products and services where appropriate. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
