Virtual BDC Agent - SALES ( Fully Remote) Position Overview: The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails. Qualifications: Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following: • Call Center Experience is REQUIRED • Prior professional exposure to customer service, sales positions • Articulate. strong communication skills • Results driven, high-performance standards • Ability to work remotely, understand technology requirements • Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Timezone) • Must be available 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm &/or 11am-8pm Responsibilities & Tasks: The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during one’s time in this position. • Consistent oversight of all assigned leads • Schedule 10+ quality appointments per day • Accurate data reporting, performacec tracking • Professional presentation to assigned partners • Mastery of all Owner Connect scripts, word tracks & process Compensation: Potential candidates are eligible for the following compensation opportunities: • Hourly pay rate, overtime opportunities • Bonus program based on assignment • Paid time off & holiday time • Healthcare program Owner Connect A Division of Twelve21 LLC Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Please list your knowledge level from 0-5 (0 being none and 5 being expert) for each of the following programs: • CDK • VIN Solutions • E Leads • Dealer Socket • Reynolds & Reynolds • Xtime Experience: • Automotive BDC: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
