Craft your ideal work schedule. We're seeking experienced, licensed therapists to join our team of dedicated professionals on a fee-for-service basis. This means you choose your preferred hours while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Make a difference in every session. You'll work directly with clients, providing diagnosing, managing, and treating mental health needs. This includes... comprehensive assessments, tailored therapy sessions (various modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy), and ongoing support. You'll collaborate with case managers and adapt your approach to each client's unique needs, often within weekly or biweekly sessions. Your expertise is valued. While experience with the military population is highly regarded, it's not essential. We welcome therapists passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Specific certifications in MST (Military Sexual Trauma), CBT-I, EMDR, or Spanish fluency are a plus, but not required.
