Job Position: Call Center Rep  Temp to Perm Pay: $16/hr. Job Responsibilities May Include  Taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calls maybe required depending on the department.  These are the first point of contacts.  Starts the PatientÂs Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info.  Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.  Calls are based on the Pharmaceutical they are servicing within the department. Job Requirements  At least 12 months of recent call center experience.  High speed internet and the ability to work from home.  Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.  Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
