Job Description Role & Responsibilities of Co-Founder: - Our Co-Founder performs a vital role in Our Service improvement and implementation. In the early stages of a new Start-Up, Our Co-Founder takes a very active role in forming the Team, growing the MVP, and PPM, defining specifications and bringing our Start-Up Idea into life. Our every Start-Up is Very Different and the Co-Founders We need to bring into the Team from Idea to Execution varies. As our Co-Founder, you would start the venture from the Ideation Phase. As Co-Founder, you may also become part of the Idea Brainstorming with the other Founder. And yes, there are some with some set of expertise needed for the Start-Up. Our Co-Founder means someone who helps shape the Idea to the Execution. She could be the one with Expertise in building Business or the one who takes part in building our Product. Our Co-Founder means someone who helps us to make our Dream into Reality and shape the Ideas to Execution. Duties Expected... from the Co-Founder: - As Co-Founder, you may also become part of the Idea Brainstorming with the other Founder. Our Co-Founder means someone who helps shape the Idea to the Execution. She could be a Pilot, Air Hostess, AME, Cabin Crew, Aviator, Blogger, Content Writer, or an MBA anyone with Expertise in building our Business or the one who takes part in building our Services Skills required to efficiently perform the role: - Eligibility: 1) Graduate in Aviation / Management/ Engineering / Law/ CA/ CS/ CMA 2) Age 21 to 45 years (May relax up to 5 years) 3) Clear 2 Rounds of Interview with HRs / CEO / Director After a PPT round Why Should You Join Alfa Start-Up Ventures?
