You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our online community. Your passion for fostering a positive and inclusive environment will shine through as you ensure all user-generated content aligns with our values. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with our team to uphold our standards of excellence. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to promoting respectful interactions will help shape the online experience for our community. Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: ?Monitor and review user-generated content across the globe to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. ?Provide timely and constructive feedback to the community regarding their content, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive online community. ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing user engagement and fostering a strong sense of community. ?Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends in user behavior that may impact the online community atmosphere or brand reputation. ?Regularly analyze data and metrics related to user interactions and content performance to inform content moderation decisions and improve community engagement strategies.
