We are actively seeking dedicated Chat Support Specialists who excel in delivering exceptional customer service via email and chat platforms. In this vital role, you will handle incoming inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and proactively address customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing: As a live chat... customer service representative, you will respond to live chat messages on a businessÂs website or social media accounts.
