Job Overview Join our esteemed Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you will play a critical role in enhancing data accuracy for a prominent healthcare client. This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from home while making a tangible impact in the healthcare sector... Key Responsibilities • Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary. • Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication. • Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases. • Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training. • Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates. • Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks. • Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required. Required Skills • A readiness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Adaptability and flexibility, with a talent for navigating changes in processes and information. • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in computer usage is preferred. Qualifications • Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous. • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the capability to start immediately. • Ability to maintain a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
