Client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. We expect the individual in this role to help us build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional... customer service. Applicants should be proficient with audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $45-60K + commission commensurate with background and experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Work with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships. They may also connect with key business executives and stakeholders. • Will be the main/first point of contact for assigned clients/region. • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. • Monitor accounts and ensure client satisfaction. • Partner with internal recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are shared and fulfilled. • Prepare and present reports on account performance. • Provide feedback to help management team understand client needs to boost satisfaction, gain trust, and increase repeat business. • Collaborate with business development team to respond to new RFP’s within account manager’s region/accounts. Competencies • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Strong time management abilities, with proven aptitude for remote work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in listening skills, negotiation and problem-solving. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Minimum Education/Certification • 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare account management. • Travel nurse industry preferred. • VMS account management experience preferred. • Federal/state government experience is preferred. • Working knowledge/competency in Microsoft Office suite. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions • Position is sedentary in nature. • Potential travel up to 25%.
