Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Executive Director to lead our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior leadership and operations management, with a proven track record in process improvement and business development. This role requires exceptional project management skills... strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders including driving foundation fundraising and corporate sponsorships. Duties • Provide visionary leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and values. • Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational efficiency. • Solicit cash and in-kind donations from individuals and businesses • Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement. • Lead business development initiatives to expand organizational reach and impact. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community partners, and funders. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their effectiveness.
