Job Description: As a Remote Customer Service Representative in our Data Entry team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences while accurately handling data entry tasks. You will assist with various customer inquiries, provide product information, and enter data into our systems in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, and phone support. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all entered information. Provide feedback on potential improvements in customer service processes. Follow all company protocols and guidelines for handling customer data. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is a plus. Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial. Preferred Skills: Experience with customer service or support in a remote work setting. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
