This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated while also taking direction from Management. Requires oral/written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Part time entry level position within our Customs Brokerage team 15-20 hours per week, hours between M-F 8AM-5PM  Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system  Understand and identify customs documentation  Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration  Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct  Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally  Ensure compliance at all times to regulations  Daily execution of workflow and department metrics Qualifications  Associates or Bachelors Degree,  Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing  Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical  Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint  Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills  Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
