This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Title: E-commerce Listing Specialist (Amazon, Walmart, and eBay... We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & E-commerce Listings Specialist to manage and update our product listings across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role involves updating inventory, managing Excel files, and selecting the appropriate shipping method for orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, familiar with e-commerce platforms, and proficient in data management. Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities:  Update and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).  Ensure inventory is accurately reflected across all marketplaces.  Manage data in Excel spreadsheets, including tracking product details, inventory, and shipping methods.  Select and apply the correct shipping methods for customer orders based on location and product size.  Regularly monitor listings for accuracy, making adjustments as needed.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management. Qualifications:  Proven experience in e-commerce account management (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge is a plus).  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.  Familiarity with selecting and managing shipping methods for e-commerce orders.
